The Director of Operations, Emergency & Actue Medicine, has operational responsibility for the effective delivery of services for the program. The Director of Operations, in partnership with the Program Director and, supported by the Deputy Director of Operations & Nursing and the Manager Hopsital Operations & Performance, provides strategic vision and leadership to consistently deliver a high quality, cost effective clinical services to our patients.
The Personal Assistant for Emergency & Acute Medicine is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Operations, Deputy Director of Operations & Nursing and the Manager Hopsital Operations & Performance. The position is the initial contact for enquires. Your daily tasks include dairy management, meeting coordination and assisting with unit enquiries. You will promote good customer relations, with patients, visitors and hospital personnel. As Personal Assistant you will be required to provide information and reports as required. You will have a proven track record in developing strong inter-personal relationships and be a strong communicator.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills - PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
Maintaining databases and entering/reporting data
Maintain a professional manner with strong customer service
