The Department

The Alfred Health Speech Pathology department provides care for patients across acute, subacute and community services. 

The Role

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist with experience in the acute setting who has a passion for learning and supporting patients and their families.  The position is based at The Alfred which provides acute care to complex inpatients.


  • Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy caseload
  • Strong sense of team work and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience working in an acute hospital
  • Videofluoroscopy competency would be desirable
