  • Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight including an ADO


The Medical Workforce Unit manages the administrative aspects of medical staff appointments including recruitment, rostering, time and attendance, leave management, rotation allocation and orientation. 


We are currently seeking a Rosters and Operations Specialist to be part of the Medical Workforce team here at Alfred Health.  This is an ongoing position within our team that requires someone with high attention to detail and a positive attitude towards hard work.


Reporting to the Program Relationship Lead, you will proactively engage with Medical, Surgical and Critical Care units to better facilitate the day to day rostering and operations of each unit within Alfred Health.


Our Successful recruit will have:


  • Proven rostering and logistics experience with the ability to troubleshoot when necessary
  • Prepare and upload rosters on different platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience with using systems for time in attendance


To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and attributes


  • Be able to work autonomously and work as a team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Ability to use Excel at a high level
