Alfred Health is seeking an innovative doctor to work with the Redesigning Care team. You will collaborate with teams and individuals across Alfred Health to facilitate innovation, build sustainable improvement thinking and capability and ultimately support a better experience for our patients. You will be part of a supportive and progressive team with great professional development opportunities.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified medical practitioners who have completed two years of clinical work post-graduation and hold current medical registration. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to engage and work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and have a desire to develop skills in leadership, project management, change management and continuous improvement methods in health care.
The Medical Officer in Redesign position is a 12-month role that will support their career progression and strengthen organisational capability for improvement.
