  • Social Worker, Grade 2 (SC21-SC24)
  • Lung Transplant Service, Respiratory Medicine, The Alfred
  • Part Time – 0.5EFT

Applications are invited for the position of Social Worker in our Lung Transplant Service, Respiratory Medicine.

This position will work closely with the Senior Social Worker, Lung Transplant Service and is responsible for supporting patient social work requirements as part of the Lung Transplant Multidisciplinary clinical team.

This position would be professionally supported through the Alfred Social Work Department.

ESSENTIAL

  • Bachelor of Social Work or recognised equivalent with eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Significant Social Work experience in hospital or related healthcare setting
