Alfred Health

Alfred Health is a leader in health care delivery, improvement, research and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, from ambulatory, to inpatient and home and community based services.


  • Ongoing (Permanent) position
  • Full-Time (76 hours/fortnight) - part-time job share will also be considered
  • Allied Health Grade 3 or Nursing equivalent
  • Based across both The Alfred & Caulfield Hospital sites

The Role

This role will support an improved approach to providing an inclusive and accessible health care experience and workplace for people with disabilities.  You will have primary responsibility for supporting the implementation of the Alfred Health Access and Inclusion Plan (2019-2022) and continuing a range of NDIS transition activities.

You will demonstrate a firm commitment to improving services for people with disabilities, strong interpersonal skills, previous project management experience and skills in effective collaboration with consumers.

This exciting new role provides opportunities to shape and progress service improvements that will make a significant difference to people living with disabilities and their carers as they engage with Alfred Health.


You will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to collaborating with, and empowering people with disabilities and their carers/support people.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to manage, analyse and interpret data to present information in a meaningful way.
