The Department

Procurement, Property and Supply Department (PPSD)

The PPSD is the principal sourcing, contracting, warehousing and distribution centre for Alfred Health.

The Department supplies all medical, surgical and general supplies in a timely, efficient and error free environment meeting all applicable standards and with optimal risk management: “The right product, where and when it’s needed, at the right price.”

The Role

A brand new role within our department presenting an exciting opportunity to manage the commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will significantly influence the future administration, sourcing strategies and decision making for property lessee and lessor arrangements.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised property professional with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.

Skills 

  • Proven, demonstrated experience in all facets of commercial property management.
  • Extensive experience in negotiating and preparing commercial lease arrangements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to take responsibility for implementing agreed actions with minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and customers.
  • Proven interpersonal with particularly strong influencing, negotiation and networking skills
  • Current Victorian Drivers licence
