DEPARTMENT:

Alfred Health’s Public Affairs and Communications Department is responsible for the organisation’s strategic reputational management ensuring that its brand position and stakeholder relationships contribute to achieving the organisation’s long term goals. The group is responsible for corporate communications, external affairs, media relations, community engagement internal engagement and digital communications.

POSITION:

Reporting to the Digital Manager, the Digital Producer is responsible for keeping Alfred Health’s digital communication channels up to date, of high quality, relevant to the target audience groups and representative of Alfred Health’s brand.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential

  • Keen interest in digital communication
  • Demonstrable experience in complex systems and processes, including web content management systems
  • Demonstrable customer service experience
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Strong administrative, planning and organisation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to high-quality outcomes

Desirable

  • Copywriting for digital
  • Image editing and graphic design (digital content)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and other like products
  • SharePoint experience
