Social Worker, Grade 2 – Ongoing Full-Time

Alfred Health – Location Alfred Campus

A fantastic opportunity exists for a Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Social Work Department at Alfred Health, based mainly in the Renal Unit. You will become part of a dynamic and supportive department which is committed to excellence and innovation. We provide skilled supervision and ongoing professional development.

This role will suit someone who is well organised, able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team with demonstrated skills in psycho-social assessments, problem solving, counselling in relation to adjustment to illness, communication and hospital discharge planning.  Previous hospital experience is essential.
