Caulfield Hospital plays a statewide role in sub-acute rehabilitation services, which includes the Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre, neurological rehabilitation, spinal rehabilitation and care for amputee patients. Services are provided in hospital, in the community and at home, depending on the individual’s needs. Care is focused on enhancing people’s health, independence and overall wellbeing.
Working as an Enrolled Nurse in AC3 at Caulfield Hospital, you will have the unique experience of working in sub-acute services. The focus at Caulfield Hospital is to provide patient centred care, as well as support to family, friends and the community.
- Be a motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of working in a team environment
- Possess a strong understanding and background of Patient-Centred care
- Have the ability to maintain a high level of communication with patients, staff and visitors
- Be available to work on a rotating roster (morning, afternoon & night duty)
