Lead and co-ordinate a multidisciplinary team at Alfred CYMHS.

  • 2 x Permanent full-time roles (with ADO) based in Moorabbin
  • RPN Grade 5, PSY Grade 4 or Chief SW/OT Grade 2
  • Extensive experience in child and youth mental health

Alfred Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS) is one component of Addiction and Mental Health at Alfred Health. We are a community-based service providing comprehensive multi-disciplinary assessment, treatment and case management to infants, children, adolescents and young people up to the age of 25 years of age presenting with behavioural, emotional, psychiatric or developmental difficulties.


As one of our new Team Leaders, you will co-ordinate a multi-disciplinary team in the areas of allocation, workload, teamwork, clinical processes, client pathways, stakeholder engagement and operational and team management.


We are looking for 2 enthusiastic, motivated and well organised people to lead our sector teams.

You must be eligible for membership with AHPRA or the appropriate professional body​​​ and will have prior experience in leading teams. Experience in specialist assessment and treatment of children and youth in mental health is essential.

You'll also have to complete/provide a valid Victorian Working with Children Check, be willing to undergo a background check, and you'll require Australian working rights.
