If you have an interest in Heart and Lung Transplantation, then this is a unique opportunity for you to join the team here at the Alfred.
Whilst the main responsibility of the Liasion role is with the Coordination, this is a new and expanded role with the expectation that you will be involved in both VAD patients and post-heart transplant,out-patient care. In this role, you will work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
Skills and Experience
Registered as a Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
Relevant post-graduate diploma or certificate is preferable
Extensive acute clinical nursing experience – Cardiothoracic, Heart and Lung transplantation and VAD experience an advantage.
Working with children certificate
