This position will be based in the Registry Science Unit of the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Monash University.


The Program Manager is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery of the Australian Dementia Network (ADNet) clinical quality registry (CQR), a major component of the NHMRC-funded Australian Dementia Network and Clinical Trial Platform, a nationally-significant registry and clinical trial project that aims to monitor and improve clinical care for people living with dementia and mild cognitive impairment across Australia. The ADNet CQR will work closely with the pilot dementia CQR project being undertaken simultaneously at SPHPM, and will focus on national rollout of the CQR and integration with other aspects of the ADNet Network and Clinical Trial Platform.

The position works closely with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to deliver project outcomes in agreed timeframes and budget.  The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of project management, including providing expert advice and managing major change initiatives to support the delivery of project outcomes where required.

Candidates should have proven experience in project or program management, change management, budget management and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  They must be computer literate, and experience in health data-led projects or in dementia-related clinical care or research is desirable.
