The Alfred Health Technology Services and Transformation (TS&T) Department provides support for the use and development of information and communications technology across Alfred Health.
POSITION SUMMARY: An exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team to maintain the complex ICT Infrastructure services of Alfred Health. The role will be challenging and would suit someone who thrives in high pressure situations. The purpose of this role is to maintain and support the Infrastructure environment, which consists of servers, storage, appliances, terminal and security services for Alfred Health and to perform troubleshooting and management.
Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in managing complex ICT Infrastructure environment
Good communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and to work to deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Recognised Industry Certifications or relevant work experience
