Clinical Service Director Alfred Heart & Lung
Full Time - permanent ongoing
80 hours per fortnight - including an ADO

The Heart and Lung Department consists of a multi-disciplinary team which specialises in all matters of respiratory and cardiovascular health. Services which are included within the department are Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Cardiac Catheter Laboratory including the Day procedure Unit and relevant Wards. The department works in conjunction with many other health services and departments within Alfred Health to provide the exceptional care to all patients.
As Clinical Service Director Alfred Heart and Lung, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing experience to contribute to the effective delivery of services within the Department. You will work in partnership with the Clinical Program Director to co-ordinate programs that will provide our patients with a high quality of care while supporting the organisation and staff within.
Successfully managed a large and complex program
Proven experience in health services and service delivery
Ability to manage and work with key stakeholder groups including staff and community, the Board and government agencies.
Strategic and operational planning along with change management experience
