About Carer Services

Carer Services provides a 24-hour service to carers including support, information and respite across aged, disability and mental health service sectors. We also support older people to access ongoing in home support services. We operate across the southern metro region, based at Caulfield Hospital, Dandenong and Frankston

About You

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic communications professional to join our multidisciplinary team. You will be a self-starter and collaborator, able to communicate using multiple platforms with diverse staff and client communities.  You will have higher order writing, administration and stakeholder consultation skills.  Previous experience in a writing and editorial role is strongly regarded. Strong interpersonal abilities, experience in promotion, collaboration and public speaking is required. Appropriate qualifications or experience required, including expertise in utilising a variety of software and web technologies.

The Communications Officer manages all communications collateral and branded items, and is responsible for, various internal and external newsletters/calendars, promotion and stakeholder consultations.
