The Clinical Resource Service provides resources and support to facilitate optimal patient outcomes in clinical areas across Alfred Health.
The Clinical Product Advisor (CPA) is responsible for the assessment, standardisation and rationalisation of clinical products in all clinical areas across Alfred Health. Page 2 of 5 The CPA provides support and advice on clinical matters to the Procurement team and hospital stakeholders. This involves evaluating and advising on new and existing clinical products with the aim of providing Alfred Health stakeholders with the best valued clinical products and outcomes
Current registration Division 1 Nurse. Registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Strong clinical background - critical care or operating room nursing an advantage
Post Graduate qualifications or working towards same.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Open, flexible and innovative.
Ability to organise resources appropriately
Ability to work independently and cohesively with other services and departments in the Hospital
Data collection and data base management skills
