THE ROLE

As the Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be required to provide clinical leadership, supervision and act as a mentor within your area, whilst also contributing to the development of the Allied Health service and their clinical program/s. It is an expectation that you will lead administrative portfolios, quality improvement initiatives and/or research projects, and ensure that Occupational Therapy practice within your area of specialisation is evidence-based.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • B. App Sc (OT), B. Occupational Therapy, MOT Prac. or recognised equivalent.
  • Postgraduate studies (Masters level) in one of Occupational Therapy, Public Health, Research and/or Health Management.
  • Working With Childrens Check 
  • Full Registration held with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Member of OT Australia (or eligibility for membership).
  • Current Victorian Driver’s License (unrestricted).
