Occupational Therapist - Grade 4
Part Time - 32 hours per fortnight
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Occupational Therapist to assist in leading the acute Occupational Therapy team at Alfred Health in the areas of Quality and Research. The Quality and Research Occupational Therapist will foster innovation and excellence in the delivery of Occupational Therapy service to patients across the acute services and wider Alfred Health. The incumbent will assume a key role in the education, research and quality improvement across the Occupational Therapy service.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 10 years relevant clinical and leadership experience specific to Occupational Therapy.
Extensive clinical experience in, and knowledge of patient-centred, evidence-based Occupational Therapy practice
Thorough knowledge of and commitment to continuous quality improvement (QI), with knowledge of QI frameworks and models.
Successful completion of post-graduate studies (minimum qualification of Master’s (Research) Degree) or currently undertaking PhD program.
