The Alfred Brain Department provides care to a diverse range of areas in relation to the Brain. The department consists of the Neurosurgery, Neurology, Stroke, MS Immunology and Electrophysiology Service. This program also oversees 2 wards 2E and 7W at The Alfred. The aim of the Alfred Brain Department is to provide exceptional services to patients through all areas of their treatment.
As Clinical Service Director Alfred Brain, you will have the opportunity to use your nursing experience to contribute to the effective delivery of services within the Department. You will work in partnership with the Clinical Program Director to co-ordinate programs that will provide our patients with a high quality of care while supporting the organisation and staff within.
Successfully managed a large and complex program
Proven experience in health services and service delivery
Ability to manage and work with key stakeholder groups including staff and community, the Board and government agencies.
Strategic and operational planning along with change management experience
