An exciting new opportunity exists for a suitably qualified clinician, to lead the Early Intervention mobile Outreach Service (EIMOS). This service provides outreach support to children and young people aged 4-25 with mental health needs and their families. This team also offers CASEA services in primary schools to support schools with early identification and management of challenging behaviours and emerging mental health difficulties.
We are seeking an experienced clinician and leader who can lead this highly motivated and established team offering specialist assessment & intervention to children and young people with complex mental health difficulties many of whom have history of trauma. Capacity to develop this team to provide consultation and education to other community agencies will also be essential.
Alfred CYMHS is known for innovation and leading and promoting a more integrated system of care in the inner and middle south of Melbourne. This is being achieved through partnership with other community service providers, and co-design of services with people and their families.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Hold current registration with AHPRA and/or be eligible for membership of the relevant professional association
- Current driver's licence.
