The Department. 

Ward 4 East (General Medicine) is a 32 bed unit that specialises in caring for patient with a range of acute and chronic conditions. It is a fast paced, dynamic environment with a diverse and complex patient group. Our passionate and highly skilled multi-disciplinary team work together to achieve excellence in quality patient care.

The Role

As Associate Nurse Manager you are a member of the nursing leadership team who assists the Nurse Manager and Nurse Unit Manager to operationalise the core values of the organisation, and plays a pivotal role in meeting broader organisational imperatives.
You will demonstrate excellence in clinical practice and promote the development of nurses, ensuring the philosophy of nursing and standards of practice are consistently reflected in professional practice and patient care.
