  • Permanent Part-time Grade 3/4 Speech Pathology position (0.4EFT)
  • Quality and Research Coordinator.
  • Based at Caulfield and The Alfred Hospital

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team at Alfred Health as our Quality and Research Coordinator.

This is a pivotal role within the Speech Pathology team.

The main tasks include:

  • Fostering a culture that promotes quality and service improvement, evidence-based practice and clinical innovation.
  • Facilitating the development of quality and research skills in Speech Pathology staff.
  • Securing funding for quality and research projects
  • Increasing the promotion of outcomes through publications and conference presentations.


  • 7- or more years clinical experience 
  • Completed or working towards Post-graduate qualification (minimum of Masters level)
